CoreShift -Creating wellness through Acceptance and Awareness
This weekend we will use yogic practices, psychology techniques, personal reflection, and a willingness to share, in order to provide answers and awareness into those parts of yourself that are holding back growth that you might not even be aware of. This practice of Svadhyaya is one of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga and one of the lesser known Niyamas. Individual awareness is never far from Universal consciousness. By paying attention to those parts of ourselves we can’t see, or those parts that we are intolerant of, we can begin to shift into a space of acceptance and wholeness.
